Manera Exo 2020 harness
Pressure spreading kitesurf harness of Manera
The Exo 2020 harness of Manera is designed to distribute the pressure optimally over the Exo harness and thus create less annoying pressure points. In order to realize this, Manera has worked together with a special scientific lab to fit the Exo harness to the human body as well as possible. The result is the Manera Exo 2020, with a comfort that is unprecedented. One of the most unique parts of the Manera Exo 2020 harness is the Energy Dispersion Frame (EDF), this frame ensures the gradual application of pressure over the Exo 2020 harness. The EDF is made of a flexible but strong plastic composite. The frame is processed through the entire harness and is in direct contact with the spreader bar where the power of your kite reaches your harness. So instead of concentrating the pressure of your kite on a small part of your harness , this EDF frame spreads the pressure.
A comfortable kitesurf harness also needs a good padding, and this is also thought of at the Manera Exo 2020 harness. The soft padding is made in one piece to minimize the use of seams and provide extra comfort. On the outside the Manera Exo 2020 is made of extremely strong Ballistic Nylon, this nylon is also used in body protection of for example fighter pilots. This significantly extends the life of the Manera Exo 2020.
The spreaderbar ends are completely integrated into the harness. The spreaderbar ends are made of sturdy material that you put into your harness. Thanks to this integration, the spreader bar stays in place at all times. At the front of the spreader bar there is a new attachment for your short kite leash. If you want to do freestyle tricks you can attatch your leash on the string at the back of the harness, this string is provided with a Quick Release if you really get into trouble.
