The FX is the new freestyle orientated kite from Cabrinha after the Chaos left the 2019 line-up. The FX 2019 has an adapted C-shape design so you can freeride as well freestyle. The Cabrinha FX 2019 was created to close the "gap" between the pure freestyle C-kites and performance freeride kites. Compared to the Cabrinha Switchblade the FX is more freestyle orientated, where the Switchblade a kite is aimed at freeride riding styles. The FX has a 3-strut design and uses a new 2019 bridles system. The bridles can be set at different settings for more depower, standard and more slack in your lines to do some sick freestyle handle passes.The Cabrinha FX 2019 is for kitesurfers who love a session where you do both hooked tricks and massive pop for unhooked tricks. But also want to jump massive airs when the wind is nuking or big kiteloops. The FX 2019 has no pully"s so you have a direct feeling with your kite. The FX is not that hardcore C that will punish you right away when you make a small mistake.
