The new Firewire Evo with super light Helium construction.
The long-awaited Firewire Evo Helium has arrived. The Firewire Evo had already been specially designed for kitesurfing and is now made even lighter by the Helium construction from Firewire. The Helium construction is not only light but also super strong.The Tomo design saves weight and ensures that the board stays small. This makes the Evo extremely suitable for kitesurfing and will give every kiter a super fun wave riding experience. The Evo is wider than the Vader which makes it better suited for small weak waves as we often encounter in the Netherlands. But as with most Tomo designs, the Evo will not let you down on bigger waves.
The almost symmetrical outline, channels at the bottom of the board and some concave that runs to the tail of the Evo with quad channel ensure that the Evo quickly planes and feels like it is floating over the water. The Firewire Evo is tight and sensitive on the rail. We recommend that you ride the Evo in the smallest possible size that fits your height and weight. This keeps the Evo feeling nice and playful.
The Firewire Evo Helium comes with a 5-fin Futures setup. So you can ride both quad (4 fins) and thruster (3-fins). The Firewire Evo Helium is available in three sizes:
